Sunset Lodge is a brand new cabin with an amazing sunset view. This beautiful lodge is made for your comfort with three bedrooms all featuring king beds and private bathrooms. Sunset Lodge has a very spacious living area and the views are seen from all three levels. This cabin has been professionally decorated with mountain decor and equipped with an outdoor seven person Hot Tub, Pool Table and Pinball game for you enjoyment. Let Sunset Lodge make your family getaway the perfect vacation.

The upper level of Sunset Lodge features a Master Suite with king bed and TV/DVD/SAT system, a private bathroom with a large tiled walk-in shower, as well as large walk-in closet. There is a sitting loft with desk. This level also has a private balcony overlooking the breathtaking mountains.

The main level features a gorgeous great room with cathedral ceilings, a rocked gas log fireplace and endless views from every angle. The living room is equipped with TV/DVD/Sat system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home and dining area is suited for eight people. There is a half bath on the main level. The second Master Bedroom is on the main level along with another large bathroom having a walk-in tiled shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom is equipped with TV/DVD/Sat system. Walk outside from the main level to enjoy the wrap around porches. All covered with seating to enjoy the Sunsets.

The lower level is where all the fun begins. The spacious living room is equipped with a 62" TV with DVD/Sat system. This level also has a stoned gas log fireplace. The sofa is a queen sleeper. There is a wet bar with refrigerator. The recreation area has a Pool Table and Pinball Machine. While your cares away in the seven-person hot tub located on the porch overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains. The third bedroom on this level features a king bed and bathroom. Whether a family vacation, a friendly group getaway or a romantic hideout, Sunset Lodge is perfect for any occasion. Reservation Policies

Rental rates are for 4 people (children under 3 are free). There is an additional $10.00 per person per night for more then 4 guest, a 10% lodging tax and the cleaning fee is a flat rate of $80.00

Peak Seasons and Holidays are subject to a higher rate.
All Cabins have a 2 night minimum.
4 night minimum for 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas
2 night minimum for Valentines
October and all other Holidays have a 3 night minimum

KAYLOR MOUNTAIN CABIN RENTALS HAS A STRICT POLICY: NO SMOKING AND NO PETS IN ALL OUR CABINS. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND ANY FURTHER DAMAGE OR CLEANING EXPENSES WILL BE BILLED TO THE RENTER, NO EXCEPTIONS.
