Check In & Check Out
Check In is at 4pm & Check Out is at 11am. Please respect the next scheduled guest by being prompt when departing in order for the housekeeping to come inside and start cleaning the cabin for the next guest.
Making a Reservation
To make a reservation you must call our office at 1-866-452-9567 or 1-706-632-7100 and fill out a general information sheet. You must use a Credit Card at the time of booking to hold your cabin, a down payment in the sum of $250 will be charged as soon as the reservation is made to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid by check or cash only at the time of check in. Cashiers & Travelers Checks are also accepted. Please note you must be 25 years of age or older to place a reservation.
Last Minute Rentals & Sundays
If you are making a last minute booking for the same day, please call us at 1-888-452-9567 during business hours in order to secure your reservation. Our office is closed on Sundays, if you submit an inquiry or reservation on a Sunday, we'll be in touch with you on the next business day. If you need immediate assistance, please call 1-706-455-7400.
Security Deposit
A credit card must be presented at the time of check in, a hold in the amount of $250 will be on the card for up to 7 days as a security deposit against any possible damage done to the cabin. No charges will be charged to the credit card provided no damage to the cabin is found evident & all policy procedures have been met.
Confirmation of Reservation
After making a reservation, you will receive a rental statement by e-mail, fax or mail. This statement will supply your name, the cabin you have reserved, your rental fees and directions to our office. It is your responsibility to insure you have all the proper information for your rental stay and everything is correct. In the event your rental statement is wrong, please call the office immediately to make necessary changes. At this time you will receive a new rental statement.
Payment Policy
Payment is expected in full at the time of check in. We do not accept credit cards for payment at the time of check in. Check, Cash, Money Order, or Travelers Checks are excepted. There will be a $25 charge for any return checks.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel a reservation we require a phone call to our office where you will be given a cancellation number. You are then required to mail a certified letter stating you are canceling the reservation along with the cancellation number provided by our office. Cancellations are only confirmed by receipt of a certified letter mailed to: Kaylor Mountain Cabins 181 Tammen Dr, Blue Ridge, Georgia 30513.
Reservations cancelled with less than a 1 month notice are subject to a $100 Fee. Any reservation cancelled with less than a 2 week notice forfeits $250 deposit and No Shows are subject to the entire rental fees. Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well. Sorry, No Exceptions
KAYLOR MOUNTAIN CABIN RENTALS HAS A STRICT POLICY: NO SMOKING AND NO PETS IN ALL OUR CABINS. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND ANY FURTHER DAMAGE OR CLEANING EXPENSES WILL BE BILLED TO THE RENTER, NO EXCEPTIONS.
All Cabins have a 2 night minimum
4 night minimum for 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas
2 night minimum for Valentines
October and all other Holidays have a 3 night minimum
Peak seasons & Holidays are subject to rate increases
