This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Toccoa River is truly a dream. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. The Toccoa River is a great adventure site. You can take a guided fishing tour or just step out of the front yard into the river and fish on your own. For the summer fun you have to rent tubes, kayaks or canoes and float to the rapids

River Retreat features a large kitchen with an eat in bar. Along the side is a dining area for the larger groups. Step down into the serene living room with a gas log fireplace.. If that isn't enough you'll love lounging on the furniture while you watch the river flowing by.

Since River Retreat is all one level, it is perfect for those of you looking for low maintenance. The king master suite has a private bathroom of its own. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk set with a full size on bottom and a twin on top. These two bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom.

Walk onto the deck and you'll think your in Heaven!! Large porches overlooking Toccoa River with lots of seating. Fire pit is off to the side to roast some marshmallows for the kids or just sit a while and just listen to nature. (Note: wood not provided for fire pit) And speaking of nature for your enjoyment there is also a swing set up by the river and a set of couples chairs to have your morning coffee outside.

OK!! If that isn't enough a 6 person hot tub has been provided for you. This cabin is truly a dream come true and I'm certain you are going to love It!!

Stay for 5 consecutive nights and get the 6th night free!
The free night will be the value of lowest nightly rate that is during the stay dates.

Holiday Rate: $180.00 per night

If you are making a last minute booking for the same day, please call us at 1-888-452-9567 during business hours in order to secure your reservation. Our office is closed on Sundays, if you submit an inquiry or reservation on a Sunday, we'll be in touch with you on the next business day. Reservation Policies

Rental rates are for 4 people (children under 3 are free). There is an additional $10.00 per person per night for more then 4 guest, a 10% lodging tax and the cleaning fee is a flat rate of $75.00

Peak Seasons and Holidays are subject to a higher rate.
All Cabins have a 2 night minimum.
4 night minimum for 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas
2 night minimum for Valentines
October and all other Holidays have a 3 night minimum

KAYLOR MOUNTAIN CABIN RENTALS HAS A STRICT POLICY: NO SMOKING AND NO PETS IN ALL OUR CABINS. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND ANY FURTHER DAMAGE OR CLEANING EXPENSES WILL BE BILLED TO THE RENTER, NO EXCEPTIONS.
