Each Kaylor Mountain Cabin Rentals cabin is individually owned so each log cabin offers different amenities. To see what each cabin rentals has, you will need to look at each cabin to see the inside of the cabin, its view and the description, more photos and be able to check its availability.
 

Our cabins are located in the Blue Ridge area, most of are in Fannin County and one is located in Polk County.
 

All of the cabins for rent at Kaylor Mountain Cabin Rentals have air conditioning and are heated. Every cabin also has a completely equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences of home along with a washer and dryer, bring from home detergent and softener should you choose to use them.
 

We provide an ample amount of toiletries, linens and towels. All you need to bring is clothing and your personal items!
 

There are several grocery stores close to all of our cabins for rent such as Ingles, Food Lion that is open 24 hours, and Save-A-Lot. There are many fast food restaurants as well as local favorite restaurants.
 

Each cabin rental has an Information Book inside about the cabin with helpful information. Please take the time to read it upon your arrival.
 

All Kaylor Mountain Cabin Rentals are equipped with either Satellite TV or Cable. Service and all offer their own channel packaging. All do have the four main networks, ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX. Though Pay Per View movies cannot be ordered, there are several movie rental stores in town to choose from. Some cabins may have multiple TV viewing areas with additional DVD or VCR. All cabins have either DVD/VCR combo, or just VCR.
 

Each cabin has a either wood burning or gas log fireplace. Firewood is provided from September 15th until March 31st. We do not supply fire starter logs for wood burning fireplaces. Please do not use anything flammable not intended for fireplaces as this is very dangerous and can result in losing deposit and responsibility for any and all damages.
 

One can never predict the weather in the North Georgia Mountains. Generally, the months of January and February are when we may experience inclement weather when we may get snow and ice and we may not. It is recommended that you call ahead in January and February to see what weather conditions may be like. No refund will be made for inclement weather.
 

Most of the roads to the cabins are gravel with the exception of a few and are well maintained. We will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur. We will be happy to provide a towing company's phone #.
